Cancellation Policy

Monday-Friday Appointments: Must be cancelled by 9:00am the day before or be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations 24 hours or less will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of service. 

Sunday Appointments: Must be cancelled by 9:00am the Friday before or be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the missed service.

My most popular massage. After a thorough intake we will tailor this therapeutic massage to meet your body’s specific needs. Includes various pressures and techniques to achieve maximum results. Hot towels and aromatherapy included. (May include some Swedish, Medium to Heavy Pressure, Deep tissue, Myofacial, Cranial Sacral, Stretching and Reflexology techniques.)

Lymphatic Drainage 


Our Lymphatic System maintains the body's fluid balance, blood circulation and immune mechanisms. Lymphatic drainage therapy is a light and rhythmic technique used to stimulate the natural movement of lymph fluids in the body. It is effective in helping to remove waste and toxins, clearing stagnant fluid, detoxifying cells to improve health and unlocking trapped energy from old traumas. LD can be beneficial in treating issues such as: lymphedema, fibromyalgia, fatigue, insomnia, stress, digestive issues, arthritis, allergies, migraines and depression. First session is 30 minutes in order to see how you and your body reacts to the treatment.

Cupping


By creating suction and negative pressure, cupping therapy can be used to lift connective tissue, release rigid fascia and loosen adhesions. During this process toxins are pulled up from deep in the tissue and then released with help from our lymphatic system. Newly oxygenated blood comes to the area to help heal inflamed tissue.
